JAY-Z 30 Takes Over Camden With a London Pop-Up

JAY-Z brings the pre-show celebrations to Camden

JAY-Z is prepping London for his arrival. Ahead of his two highly anticipated JAY-Z 30 shows at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, an immersive pop-up has opened its doors at UMusic Shop Camden, taking fans on a journey through the rapper’s 30-year legacy.

Running from 27 August to 2 September, the pop-up features limited-edition JAY-Z 30 London merchandise alongside Armand de Brignac, dubbed by the culture “Ace of Spades”, a nostalgic touch popularised by JAY-Z himself back in 2006, and Assouline’s The Book of HOV: A Tribute to JAY-Z. Music is part of the experience too, with DJ Target, DJ Manny Norté, DJ Semtex and DJ Esi among the London DJs taking over the decks.

The Camden pop-up arrives ahead of JAY-Z’s UK stop on the JAY-Z 30 tour, following an epic three-night run at New York’s Yankee Stadium that brought out some of music’s biggest names, including Beyoncé, Rihanna, Eminem, Alicia Keys, Usher, Nas, Pharrell Williams and Teyana Taylor.

JAY-Z 30 London is open now at UMusic Shop Camden until 2 September, from 11am to 7pm daily.
