Levi’s and BEAMS Team Up Again to Rework the Iconic 501

If there’s one thing every good closet needs, it’s a pair of jeans that only gets better with time. That’s exactly where the ongoing relationship between Levi’s and BEAMS comes in. The two have been reworking the 501 through a series of limited editions, each one using the iconic silhouette as a starting point for a different take on fit, fabric and Japanese streetwear. Previous drops have ranged from the 2021 ‘SUPER WIDE COLLECTION’ to vintage-inspired 501s influenced by ’90s skate culture, with the partnership now reaching its eighth installment.

For the latest chapter, BEAMS is going back to the 501 RELAXED, giving it a roomier shape through the hip and leg and pairing it with heavyweight 14.7oz selvedge denim. The release comes in two BEAMS-exclusive lengths, 28 and 30 inches, and also two finishes. This drop is now available at BEAMS official website.
