The Peckham jeweller looks to Nissan's racing history for a one-off four-piece collection
NISMO took its automotive heritage somewhere unexpected for this year’s London E-Prix. Nissan’s motorsport division teamed up with Peckham-based jewellery studio Loud Mouth LDN for a one-off collection of custom grillz inspired by some of Nissan’s most recognised performance cars.
The four-piece collection takes details from the front grilles of the Nissan Formula E GEN3 Evo, R32 Calsonic, R34 Pennzoil and Z GT500, translating each into a piece of handcrafted jewellery. Created at Loud Mouth LDN’s studio in Holdrons Arcade, Peckham, the designs merge elements of Nissan’s automotive history with the jeweller’s signature style. For Loud Mouth LDN, the collaboration meant moving beyond the standard approach to custom grillz, using details from each car design to shape the four pieces.
The collection was displayed at Westfield Stratford before heading to ExCeL London for the Formula E season finale, which took place over the weekend.
