COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus Reworks the Air Jordan 11

An Elevated Silhouette.

The Air Jordan 11 is getting a very Comme des Garçons makeover. For Fall/Winter 2026, COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus has taken one of the most recognisable Jordan silhouettes and stripped it back through the label’s more considered approach to form, proportion and design. First introduced in 1995 by Tinker Hatfield, the AJ11 already blurred the line between basketball performance and polished style thanks to its signature patent leather, so honestly, this collaboration feels like a pretty natural match.

The rework keeps the iconic shape but pushes its glossy attitude even further, with a gloss-finished midsole extending the patent leather effect from the upper all the way down. Premium full-grain and patent leather cover the shoe, while the tongue swaps the classic branding for “Homme Plus” in the original Air Jordan XI typeface. Coming in Black and White, the pair is styled with Homme Plus tailoring in a campaign shot outside the COMME des GARÇONS Aoyama store in Tokyo. The collaboration drops September 5, and yes, this is one for the Jordan collectors who like their sneakers a little less expected.
