Every year, right before the snow covers everything, CHANEL gives us a glimpse of its own winter world. COCO NEIGE 2026/27 returns to the mountains with a wardrobe that brings together technical ski wear, retro sportswear and the House’s signature elegance, designed to move from the slopes to the chalet and beyond. This season, the mood is as playful as practical, with relaxed, sometimes boyish silhouettes that Matthieu Blazy has been introducing. Vivid red cuts through CHANEL’s familiar black, white and beige palette, joined by graphic two-tone stripes and colourful checked tweeds that give classic alpine dressing a fresh perspective.
The details are where the collection really comes into its own. Shearling, jersey, cashmere and wool bring warmth and texture, while lined mules inspired by men’s loafers, cosy mittens and chapkas round out the winter wardrobe. Penguins and polar bears appear across the collection, adding a dose of humour to the otherwise polished looks.
