Inspired by one of the most iconic films of the '70s.
Filling Pieces is taking things back to the golden age of cinema for its latest collection, with a little help from 1970s New York. Dubbed “Art of Cinema”, the Amsterdam-based label’s Fall/Winter 2026 campaign looks to classic film storytelling, with the iconic 1971 movie Shaft serving as its main source of inspo. Taking to the Big Apple to shoot the project, the campaign unfolds across three short films starring skater and model Lucas Amador, with filmmaker Julian Lopez stepping behind the camera.
The seasonal release brings streetwear and smart tailoring together, with a focus on good fabrics, rich textures and easy-to-wear pieces. Standouts include a lambskin Shearling Biker Jacket, a checked wool jacket and a range of knitwear. As for the footwear, the lineup introduces the the Shaft Boot, a square-toe Chelsea boot that takes its name from the film, alongside new loafers and fresh versions of sneakers and boots.
Finally, “Bitter Chocolate”, “Scarlet Red” and “Maritime Blue” round out the palette, giving the collection a true cinematic feel.
