Your next coffee table book is here.

Louis Vuitton is taking a trip down memory lane with a new book celebrating more than twenty years of menswear. Created in collaboration with Thames & Hudson, the 632-page retrospective is definitely one for the collectors, the archive diggers and the LV faithful.

Packed with more than 1,200 runway images, the publication covers over 50 collections and showcases hundreds of looks, alongside accessories, close-up details and show settings. The timeline begins with the brand’s first standalone menswear show in January 2001, taking in the work of five designers: Marc Jacobs, Paul Helbers, Kim Jones, Virgil Abloh and Pharrell.

Written by fashion journalist Anders Christian Madsen, the release also includes designer biographies, collection-by-collection commentary and an intro exploring the label’s take on menswear and link to travel and craft.

Adding his own thoughts, Pharrell shared his design philosophy, explaining: “Our codes here are very simple: chic, wearable and well-made… I don’t design to fashion, I design a standard.”

“Louis Vuitton Menswear CATWALK” is available right now in both English and French via Louis Vuitton stores and booksellers around the world.
