Where club culture, streetwear, and sports heritage collide.
For Summer 2025, Sergio Tacchini partners with London-based collective Wavey Garms to present a collection rooted in cultural memory. Taking cues from Ibiza ’89 by David Swindles, the collaboration draws on the energy of late-’80s rave scenes, where Italian sportswear met the raw attitude of UK subcultures and the hedonism of Balearic nights.
The collection is shaped by archival references, think: vintage flyers, club imagery, and films like The Business — reinterpreted through a modern lens.
A short film starring Jaime Winstone explores themes of youth, freedom, and identity, while the project also signals a broader evolution for Wavey Garms founder Andres Branco, who introduces Area Records, a new house music label expanding the collaboration into sound.
