Entering the world of Football.
For its PRE Autumn/Winter 2026 collection, Han Kjøbenhavn turns to the world of football for inspiration. Titled “Distrikt”, the collection pays tribute to Danish football legend Ivan Nielsen, drawing from the nostalgia and rituals surrounding the sport, from collectible jerseys to posters and fan memorabilia.
Rather than simply referencing the game, the collection reinterprets these cultural symbols through a fashion lens. Oversized graphics, reworked silhouettes, and subtle nods to athletic heritage turn familiar football icons into contemporary wardrobe statements. In doing so, “Distrikt” captures the way sport shapes identity and memory, both personal and collective, in Denmark and beyond.
