Uniforms for the Dedicated recently opened up their new online shop, where customers can find their Spring/Summer 2013 collection. This season the creative collective teamed up with surrealist artist Antonio Lourenco and the modern circus men Eos, Aaron and Valia. Together they created a message for us: ‘learn to slow down & listen’.
“An essential source of inspiration for us is the abundance of great stories that surround us. We choose to slow down and simply listen, believing in the correlation between inspiration, perception and real action. This way of slowing down allows us to acknowledge what is going on around and within ourselves. In today’s world of intense information flow we find this increasingly relevant.”
One favorite from the collection is the Space Cadet sweater. With a pattern based on cutlery and gramophone players, Uniform for the Dedicated wish to share their love for music and long dinners. Eating and listening is a very important part of The Listener concept!
Another summer favorite is the Usual t–shirt, which has the The Listener all-over print featuring “funky characters doing their thing and telling their story”.
Visit the online store here for the rest of their collection.
