As far as creating a timeless winter wardrobe goes, there is one piece that never goes out of style. Ideal for layering with a multitude of colours, this piece turns any man into a gent. I am of course referring to the camel coat. Remaining a strong choice year after year, styles often see a subtle modernisation. However, the design itself tends to remain the same as it has throughout many a wintry season.
If you are looking around for your camel coat this season take a look below at our PAUSE Picks. No matter whether it is high end or high street, you can be sure to find one that suits…

This pick from Zara remains simple in design but does include a welcome fur collar for added detail.

Or if you have a little more to treat yourself with, maybe try this camel mac. For a different take on the traditional styles.

For those with a higher budget however, try this one from ACNE. Its rich colour and quality construction make it the ideal investment piece.

The bomber jacket originates from the military but has somehow transformed over the years, to become a timeless piece. This jacket can easily transcend into anyone’s style due to it versatility. Depending on the material of a bomber jacket, it’s best suited for the Spring and Autumn seasons. For Summer you can throw it over a vest top of t-shirt , and autumn, you can start layering with ting jumpers and long sleeve shirts.
