Just before the holidays, Opening Ceremony and soda company Coca-Cola, have come together for joint project consisting in a line of sweatpants, sweatshirts and tees. The pieces feature Coca-Cola’s signature festive polar bear mascot, alongside the soda brand’s cursive logo.

Whilst the colour palette follows Coke’s roots, featuring red, white and black, the silhouettes follow OC’s styles, that include a varsity jacket, the classic box logo tee, and its signature tote bag.

At the 29th annual Footwear News Ceremony, a few big names were called to receive awards: the prizes included “Shoe Of The Year”, that was presented to Kanye West for his YEEZY Boost, and “Collaboration Of The Year”, whose first ever winner was Pharrell Williams with his Billionaire Boys Club for the Bee Line for BBC x Timberland 6-inch “Honeycomb” boots, not only for the boots aesthetics, but mainly for the fact that they have been sustainably developed.

Even though the singer was not able to be there to receive the award, he recorded the video message above.
