The World Is Your Oyster draw on British youth culture for AW16′.
The World Is Your Oyster turned to 70s/80s British youth subculture to inspire their Autumn/Winter 2016 collection.
Featuring slogans emblazoned across pieces to further their message, ‘say no to yes’ and ‘mainstream’ are just some of the messages prominent across the selection. It’s also notable that the brand opted for a darker palette throughout with only a few jolts of colour seen across the selection via embroidery and stitching.
