On Monday 6th June 2016, the prestigious London College of Fashion (under the umbrella of University of Arts London) opened its doors to showcase the annual BA16 catwalk show. The show was comprised of a total of 17 collections, entirely styled by none other than LCF’s very own Rob Phillips – the Creative Director of Fashion & Design.
Participants of the runway were competing to be dubbed ‘Collection of The Year’, an award which deservedly went to the collaborative collection of Sam Thompson and George Oxby. The award was judged by an impressive selection of the fashion industry’s most creative experts, including Digital Editor of i-D, Steve Salter, and Fashion Features Editor at Dazed Digital, Emma Hope Allwood, as well as the Head of LCF, Professor Frances Corner OBE.
