The incredibly popular Purpose Tour merchandise is set to make its way into PacSun stores in the states over the next month, making it more commercially available to those who want it. PacSun is the most recent retailer to stock Bieber’s merchandise since Urban Outfitters did so back in August. Due to mass appeal of tour merch at present, the appeal of this stretches way beyond ‘Beliebers’ and has even seeped its way into street style; it’s making its way in.
