The one thing that stood out during Marcelo Burlon’s Autumn/Winter 2018 display above all else was that the selection was focused on providing apparel for those individuals who have a sleek, gritty, urban core within themselves. This was made clear by the BMX tricks performed during the show as well as the models being covered in ink with a number of them actually being rappers from the group Dark Polo Gang. As for the wear, the main aesthetic present featured dark bases yet these sported elements of vivid color and design on top, likely used to represent that creative aspect that shines through those free-thinking individuals that come from cold and unforgiving urban surroundings.
