Set to arrive just in time for the tournament.
The French fashion house and luxury retail company, Louis Vuitton, has had a close relationship with the FIFA World Cup since 2010, and now it looks like for this summer, just in time for the tournament, the label have made an officially licensed product collection inspired by everything related to international football.
Specifically, the upcoming offerings are inspired by the official match ball of the 1970 FIFA World Cup, with the design of the products hinging on the traditional hexagonal pattern that appeared on the match balls back then. As for what this design appears on, we see the collection include variations of Keepall and Apollo bags, as well as an array of smaller leather pieces. When it came to the colourways, Louis Vuitton settled with three statement colours, black, blue and red. As well as this, when ordering the more exclusive “Made-to-Order” Keepall, the Epi leather luggage tag attached can be adorned with any of the participating country’s flags.
Take a look at the collection’s pieces below, if you like what you see then get ready as the offerings will be dropping on the 15th of July at various Louis Vuitton retailers as well as their online store.
