SPOTTED: Tinie Tempah in Supreme and Nike

Featuring cash.

Last month we saw Tinie Tempah draw inspiration from the Nigerian city of Lagos for a brand new What We Wear collection. However, this month we see the rapper, singer, songwriter and fashion designer reference the Nigerian businessman, entrepreneur and philanthropist, Femi Otedola, when writing up the caption to his money-themed Instagram upload, this of course makes sense as Otedola has raked in a whopping $550 million, as of 2016, through his various business ventures.

As for what Tinie was actually sporting in the image, we see the appearance of a Supreme Obama pull over shirt that dropped as a part of the brand’s SS17 collection.

Interestingly the piece was inspired by the designs local Ghanaians created when the president visited the African country of Ghana back in 2009, obviously the ‘Supreme’ text never featured in the local’s pieces, instead many of the garments wore the text ‘Welcome’ instead. As for what we see the creative rocked on his head, it appears to be a rare vintage Nike denim bucket hat that is unfortunately rather hard to find retailing anywhere online. Although that’s not surprising when you see just how nice the piece is. Take a look at his fit above.
