Rimowa step into the sneaker world.
Luxury luggage manufacturer RIMOWA look set to step into the world of sneakers as they collaborate with adidas for the NMD S1 sneaker.
The NMD S1 silhouette was originally introduced in 2021 and looks to replicate the success of the YEEZY, utilising PrimeKnit for the upper and a chunky, semi-translucent midsole. RIMOWA and adidas have together for a new version of this under-the-radar sneaker, opting for a muted olive green upper with a dull cream midsole, with highlights of orange being seen on the laces, heel tab, and insole of the sneaker. RIMOWA branding is seen on the insole and midsole, with the luggage brand’s “Made in Germany” brand stamp also being placed on the inside of the shoe.
The RIMOWA x adidas NMD S1 has no official release date yet, but stay tuned to PAUSE for more information.
