Saint Laurent Returns to Marrakech.
Perpetuating the current penchant for presenting collections in far-flung locations across the world, Saint Laurent recently announced their spring/summer 2023 menswear collection will take place in Marrakech, Morocco.
A city that has a longstanding relationship with the label, the brand’s founder Yves himself had a home in the bustling Moroccan location which led to its cultural influences making their way into his work; eventually resulting in the opening Yves Saint Laurent Museum at the Majorelle Gardens, an oasis of calm previously owned by the revered designer.
With creative director Anthony Vaccarello continuing to debut his men’s collections at various destinations across the world, the label’s Spring/Summer 2023 show is supposedly set for July 15th at a yet-to-be-revealed location in Marrakech.
