An Exploration of Shades & Patterns.
Transformed and recontextualised through expressive colour, two icons take front and centre stage in Prada’s new campaign, ‘The Glass Age’. Embodying the principles, precision and passion of the house’s beloved Galleria handbag, internationally acclaimed actor Scarlett Johansson is captured in a fantastical, vividly-hued world as the label continues to reconsider the relationship between heritage Prada silhouettes and symbols of popular culture.
“Our love is reds and yellows and blues and greens, our love is lavenders and browns and golds and greys.”
Shot by conceptual artist Alex Da Corte, the campaign draws on Pop and Surrealism as colour is used to evoke emotion while Johansson’s own prestige is reflected, enhanced and resonated through the power of image.
