Tremaine Emory Reportedly Stepping Down as Supreme Creative Director

By August 30, 2023Fashion News

A Short Tenure.

Denim Tears’ Tremaine Emory is reportedly primed to step down from his creative director role at streetwear giants Supreme.

Emory originally came into the fold at Supreme during the early part of last year, staying to oversee a total of two seasons as well as a host of high-profile collaborations, including joint efforts with the likes of Nike, The North Face, Coogi and more. In the latter part of last year, Emory noted his recent health issues and detailed having spent two months in hospital to be treated for a lower aorta aneurysm, which is a highly-dangerous issue that ultimately effected Emory’s ability to walk for a period of time. With Emory’s previous releases with Supreme being widely well received, it should be noted that no reason has been given for his departure as of yet and it is yet to be officially confirmed by Emory himself, Supreme, or his self-founded Denim Tears.

Stay tuned to PAUSE for more information as it arrives.
