Jaden Smith’s collaborations alongside New Balance have seen his affections for colour standout from the metaphorical crowd, but this latest effort sees the multi-faceted artist take a more muted approach.
Taking centre stage in all-new campaign imagery, Jaden Smith models the latest entry into the ongoing MSFTSrep x New Balance catalogue in supreme style as the new 0.01 sneaker makes its official debut, arriving in two shades of black and grey. Being donned in various other pieces of MSFTSrep garments, the musician, philanthropist, and all-around creative is snapped in black and white pieces that reflect the stripped back nature of the shoe, as both pairs boast a blocked colour design that sticks to its namesake shade, with small flashes of contrast sitting alongside modernised New Balance insignia, MSFTSrep counter lettering, in addition to a predominantly leather composition. The grey iteration of the sneaker differs from its black counterpart in utilising an aged midsole unit, adding a more retro sense of character to the simplified entry.
The new ‘Black’ and ‘Grey’ MSFTSrep x New Balance 0.01 sneakers will be available to shop on April 26th.
