MSCHF take a less mischievous approach to their latest effort, debuting a football-friendly campaign based around their new V2.wav sneaker.
Bringing through some wholesome vibes, MSCHF gets some friends together for a casual game of football for this latest campaign, debuting a range of new unreleased football jerseys, a football, as well as the star of the show: the new V2.wav sneaker. Utilising their signature wavy styling, which was most recently seen in their divisive Tyga x MSCHF “Wavy Baby” release, the New York-born brand step forward with this action-ready V2.wav, being a pair that borrows from various creative directions. Reimagining a classic tennis shoe, the pair boast a wavy white leather upper composition with various flowing navy blue overlays, while a wavy gum midsole unit proves to be the main attraction. Some MSCHF branding debuts on the tongue, with flat laces, a suede toe box, and a branded outsole rounding out the pair. Filling out the rest of the range are two currently unreleased “MSCHF WAV” football jerseys, with these two standout pieces arriving in link pink/light blue and blue/white colourways whilst once again using the signature wavy MSCHF design style, as seen on both of the necklines.
