A Big Question.
Look, it goes without saying that any notable event is made that bit better with A$AP Rocky and Rihanna attending, but it doesn’t get much bigger than the Met Gala.
As the dust settles on this year’s 2024 Met Gala & the outfit furore dies down for another year, it can’t help but be noticed that there was a Rocky x Rihanna shaped hole at this year’s star-studded event, especially taking into account the “it couple” and their show-stopping appearance last year. After apparently having had to cancel at the last minute due to illness, Rihanna left fashion fans teased as we were left to imagine what could’ve been, especially as a follow-up to last year’s “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty” showing. Despite some undeniably solid ensembles and audacious looks at this year’s event, most notably including Zendaya and Bad Bunny’s respective Maison Margiela get-ups, there was a certain lack of star-power when it came to the male efforts, and that is where A$AP Rocky would’ve thrived.
