Back Like They Never Left.
Kith’s Ronnie Fieg and heritage footwear outfit Clarks Originals present the latest instalment of their ongoing 8th Street Collection series.
Bringing in some new entries, the latest part of Ronnie Fieg’s and Clarks Originals’ revered 8th Street Collection sees the all-new Ridgevale and Brixham silhouettes step into the spotlight, with both of these pairs being inspired by the classic fisherman sandal. Debuting in four colourways, the Ridgevale and Brixham silhouettes are each designed with the Kith Summer 2024 palette in mind, with Fieg’s and Clarks’ co-branding being implemented on the fobs and sock liner, whilst each shoe is packaged in a custom 8th Street box with additional leather laces.
Getting deeper into the pairs themselves, the Ridgevale makes its way with a combination of premium suede and nubuck on the uppers of three Black, Light Pink, and Green silhouettes, with the outlying Maple colourway being entirely made up of suede. Secondly, the Brixham takes some subtle design cues from Clarks’ classic Wallabee shoe, being in the shape of the vamp with a suede and nubuck upper placed on the Black iteration. The Maple iteration simply utilises a smooth suede, with basket-woven raffia and suede hitting the Blue Flower and Khaki versions.
The 8th St by Ronnie Fieg for Clarks Originals Summer 2024 footwear range will release on May 17th via the Kith website.
