Joe Freshgoods and New Balance are back for more after a considerable waiting period, with an official release confirmation having now arrived.
Using his social media as his own personal advertising board, Chicago born Joe Freshgoods proves that in order to succeed, you have to be your own biggest fan – especially with this latest collaboration. Following on from the extensive line of Joe Freshgoods x New Balance footwear entries, which previously saw the 610, 990v3, and 1000 silhouettes lead the way, the imitable designer continues to keep vibrant colours in his arsenal as blocked designs continue to have significant pull in the world of sneakers through these two “Paris Red” and “Prom Blue” 990v6 sneakers. In-hand imagery highlights the vibrancy of both pairs, with bold shades of red and blue covering the entirety of the upper, midsole, lace unit, tongue, and co-branded accents of both respective pairs, whilst a mixed material suede and mesh composition stays close to what we’ve seen in prior joint New Balance x Joe Freshgoods efforts.
The Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 990v6 “Paris Red” and “Prom Blue” will be available exclusively at the prior’s “A Friend Named Cousin” art exhibition at Les Filles du Calvair in Paris on July 27th.
