London’s own YMC come into their own for Fall/Winter 2024, heading into some previously untraversed territory as succinctly elevated takes on everyday formal and prep wear comes to the fore.
Having long been known as one of the “go-to” outfits when it comes to heritage silhouettes, YMC are continuing to underline themselves as one of the industry’s front-running lifestyle brands, following suit to outfits such as Our Legacy and their cult classic status. Keeping warmth, earth tones, and clean cut silhouettes at the very top of the agenda, YMC’s FW24 collection takes from various scenes, whether that’s the “in the news” Western aesthetic or more British prep core.
For instance, widened collars bring forth the Western appeal on oversized white suit shirts as wide-fit indigo denim pants, a patchwork denim jacket and jeans co-ord, and a frilled leather jacket continue to delve into vintage Western Americana stylings. Some heritage YMC garments also fill put the product range, with wool taking the reigns across scarves, the merino Rat Pack Cardigan, as well as a plethora of round-neck jumpers.
