Anima: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the Hotel’s Anima restaurant, which accommodates up to 144 guests across the Yves Klein blue room, Chartreuse room, and the garden. An amber-hued glass screen offers guests a direct view of the chefs in action, blending traditional Italian flavours with modern twists. Seasonal delicacies such as stuffed squid with buffalo ricotta cream or piglet belly with carrots and green apple offer an extraordinary dining experience for both in-house guests and those looking to indulge in a more upscale culinary setting.

The Roof: On the seventh floor, The Roof overlooks breathtaking views of Rome, complemented by a plunge pool.
