RIMOWA Enters the World of Darts

RIMOWA is stepping away from suitcases, at least for a moment. The German brand has unveiled a limited-edition Aluminium Dartboard Case, created with professional darts brand Winmau and built around its signature grooved aluminium shell. Part collector’s item, part games cabinet, it’s an unexpected addition to the brand’s growing line-up of speciality pieces.

Inside you’ll find a co-branded Winmau Blade X dartboard, two sets of custom RIMOWA darts, a leather storage pouch and hardware inspired by the brand’s Classic luggage collection. Designed to mount on the wall, it’s as much an interiors piece as it is something to play with.

As part of the release, RIMOWA has unveiled a campaign starring Walton Goggins, directed by Grégoire Dyer. Shot inside the brand’s Cologne factory, the film follows Goggins as a security guard who discovers the dartboard case during a quiet shift, convincing himself that every bullseye could decide the outcome of his favourite football team’s match.

The RIMOWA Aluminium Dartboard Case launches on July 30th at select RIMOWA stores worldwide, priced at €5,500.
