The Highly Anticipated St. Clement Has Officially Opened Its Doors

A lot of newness, a little Soho House DNA.

After months of anticipation, St. Clement has officially opened its doors in London. In case you missed the announcement, the new riverside hotel from Soho House founder Nick Jones has been one of the city’s most talked-about hospitality openings, and with its mix of luxury accommodation, restaurants, bars and wellness facilities, it’s one we’ve been eager to get inside.

Just a stone’s throw from 180 House on the Strand, and sitting along the Thames, the hotel features 90 rooms, studios and River Lofts, with interiors designed by Eagle + Hodges. Like any project from Jones, expect the best of contemporary interiors, art and, for some lucky guests, views overlooking the river.

Café Clement, which opened earlier this summer, was the first peek at what was to come from the project. Serving French and Italian-inspired cuisine throughout the day, it’s already establishing itself as one of London’s top new dining spots. The restaurant is headed up by former River Café chef Danny Bohan, while Bobbi’s Bar takes care of late-night drinks. There’s also Lunette, a new restaurant from chef Florence Knight, expected to join the line-up.

For those who like a little wellness with their hotel stays, St. Clement also has a health club, with a gym already open to guests and a swimming pool and spa facilities on the way.
