PAUSE Guide: What to Wear to a Festival

Style inspiration and shopping picks.

If you are going to a festival, we definitely recommend planning your outfits in advance instead of putting random T-shirts and trousers into your bag. Chances are you would pack too much clothing and will not end up looking fresh in pictures. We, at PAUSE, suggest keeping your outfits relatively simple and lightweight. Festivals are the right place to experiment with colours even if you tend to wear dark-coloured outfits all year long. What about buying a bold-coloured T-shirt? Going to a music festival is also a great excuse for buying a nice raincoat or a lightweight jacket. Even though we all hope that it will be sunny during the festival, it is good to be prepared for rain especially if you are going to attend a British festival. However, it cannot be raining the whole time, right?! Pack a pair of cool shades as well. We also recommend bringing a pair of durable, comfortable and versatile sneakers that will go well with all your festival outfits.
