Opening Ceremony Revamps Classic Pieces for F/W17 “TORCH” Capsule

By October 11, 2017Fashion News

The most iconic signature pieces are back in time for Autumn.

15 years ago, in downtown Manhattan, American fashion designers Carol Lim and Humberto Leon opened the first Opening Ceremony store and since then have opened stores in NYC, LA, Tokyo and London. To commemorate this special occasion, some of the brands most renowned pieces are being revamped as part of their capsule collection, “TORCH”. Having Relaunched the 2009 Pendleton collaboration last week, this capsule will be the second celebratory drop for their anniversary.

Pieces being revisited include the OC varsity jacket, warm up jacket, and logo sweatpants – in addition to the classics, new uni-sex offerings such as a warm up jacket and a women’s Velour Track Dress will also feature in the drop.

The exclusive “TORCH” collection will release offerings each month, with the first schedule drop to be this Friday, October 13.
