Below you can watch a rare video of Michael Jordan back in 1988 go sneaker shopping in Nike. The clip in question starts around the 14-minute mark and includes the sports legend picking up a pair of Air Ace 3/4 sneakers as well as just browsing the aisles with fellow team-mates, Charles Oakley and Sam Vincent. Interestingly this was the same year in which Tinker Hatfield created the Air Jordan 3 and showed the world the new Jumpman logo. This was a pinnacle moment in sportswear history as it essentially stopped the athlete from terminating his Nike contract, which we all know would have been a big missed opportunity!
