Releasing next week.
After it recently being announced that the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle “Black/Gum” was ready to release, it’s other “White/Sail” half is also set to drop next week after many months of rumours.
Arguably being one of Nike’s most out there creations, the sacai VaporWaffle was a silhouette that garnered mixed reviews upon its first ever release, with it now being a lot of sneakerheads go to everyday shoe. The robust shape and thick soles of the Chitose Abe creation make it a perfect everyday wear for the most dedicated of fashionistas, with this simple colourway only making it easier to wear on a regular basis.
Releasing alongside its “Black/Gum” compatriot, the two pairs opt for a suede, nylon, and leather composition, which differs from prior releases where a knitted approach was taken for the upper of the shoes. Dual-stacking on the sole and heel, doubled-up tongues, and doubled laces complete the regular Chitose Abe approach to making everything two times better.
Both the sacai x Nike VaporWaffle “White/Sail” and “Black/Gum” iterations will be releasing March 10th via the Nike website. Check out images below.
