Seabird’s Summer Series Continues

If you’re looking to make the most of the remaining summer, Seabird has teamed up with Tequila Herradura, Minuty, Pommery and BBE Music for a rooftop series at The Hoxton, Southwark. Located on the 14th floor of the hotel, the restaurant is bringing together Mediterranean-inspired food, cocktails and weekend DJ sets until the end of August.

The series introduces a limited summer drinks menu curated in collaboration with Tequila Herradura, alongside a selection of Minuty rosé and Pommery Champagne. Seabird’s Spanish and Portuguese-inspired menu remains a highlight, with seafood platters, crudo and sharing plates, alongside standout dishes including Butterflied Sea Bass, Jamón Ibérico and freshly shucked oysters.

Music comes courtesy of London label BBE Music, with a rotating line-up of DJs taking over the rooftop every weekend throughout the summer.
