This fresh-from-the-rave collection took the audience straight back to the Nineties.
The show started with heavy 90s house music accompanied with bright flashing lights, allowing the audience to take themselves out of the runway and into the rave mindset that designer Massimo Giorgetti created. “It’s a moment of energy, ” Giorgetti announced.
Untucked, oversized and a little skew-whiff, the collection reflects ones teenage years of the 90s. With denim featuring throughout, MSGM presented a mixture of colour popping sportswear, sweaters and jackets. Giorgetti reworked the images of photographer Massimo Vitali into the prints, playing on the idea of large distorted crowds.
