JW Anderson and Wedgwood are back with another round. Following their first collaboration, the British names have just announced Volume II, continuing a partnership that merges Anderson’s love of ceramics with Wedgwood’s centuries-old techniques.
Taking inspiration once again from fifth-century Greek mugs from Jonathan Anderson’s personal ceramics collection, the limited-edition pieces are handmade from Wedgwood’s signature Jasper stoneware in Barlaston, England. Each features a distinctive ribbed finish created using an engine-turning technique first adapted by Wedgwood for ceramics in 1763.
Volume II introduces a fresh set of colourways. Mercury Blue/Jasper Blue, Dark Brown/Terracotta and Marsh Green/Sage Green make up the new line-up, alongside a Meadow Green/Shadow Grey pairing available exclusively at Harrods.
The collection will be available for purchase through Wedgwood, JW Anderson flagship stores and select retailers worldwide.
