A long-awaited pair kicks off this week’s line-up as Palm Angels finally release their much-anticipated Vault by Vans collaboration, with three pairs dropping all at once. Making yet another appearance in PAUSE’s round-up are Crocs and Salehe Bembury, being a duo who refuse to miss as they release yet another stellar colourway of the Pollex Clog silhouette. Arriving in a vibrant ‘Tide’ colourway, this pair boast Bembury’s signature fingerprint design across the entirety of the upper, with alternate features including darkened teal on the strapping and toe, a perforated toe box, as well as a slip-on shape. Despite leaning into more of a summer colour palette, this pair are too good to leave out of an autumn outfit. This pair are an easy cop too, so it’s a win win.

Coming in hot for their customary appearance, New Balance have stepped forward with Patta for another undeniably clean colourway of the famous 990v3 sneaker. Being one of the brand’s most popular silhouettes in 2022, the hype train doesn’t look to be slowing down as sneaker heads rejoice for the release of the Patta x New Balance 990v3, with this toned down pair boasting multi-green colour palette, including hits of olive and luminous green, a soft suede composition, white and speckled grey midsoles, as well as several doses of New Balance and Patta branding on the midfoot, tongue, insole and heel of the pair. Moving into the winter time, adidas Skateboarding have put forward their Tyshawn x Spitfire sneaker, tapping renowned skate brand Spitfire Wheels and shared Pro team rider Tyshawn Jones for the pair. This all-black suede sneaker provides a perfect everyday wear for you to beat up this winter time, boasting an appearance that emulates “the dark aesthetics quintessential to the New York City streets”, with the standouts from the pair including a mid top shape, silver midfoot and Three Stripes detailing, “Tyshawn” midfoot text, Spitfire’s distinctive ‘Bighead’ branding on the tongue, as well as durable rope laces.

Bringing in yet another collaboration for the final pick of the week’s line-up, adidas and New York-based pizzeria Cuts & Slices have come together for a fun iteration of the Forum 84′ Hi silhouette. The firmly vintage-style silhouette is the ultimate autumn pick, bringing in shades of burgundy, cream and beige for various areas of the high-quality leather upper, rubber midsole, heel and lacing area.
