KTZ go medieval for military inspired S/S 18 Collection.
KTZ, a brand known for their striking runway shows have released a military inspired Summer collection with hints of medieval armour featured throughout. The looks are startling at times; with creative director, Marjan Pejoski using metal meshing and the pull top from beverage cans as materials to create a new age medieval uniform.
The collection also features the use of distressed knitwear, printed bombers with patchwork and leather military boots. The show is heavily politically influenced; a shout out to the year so far with a Trump led America, BREXIT and an unstable North Korea featuring heavily on the news.
KTZ are a house that are known for pushing the boundaries of men’s fashion and commenting on the social sphere in which they are presenting their work. We at PAUSE think they have accomplished this and more in their new season and are eagerly awaiting the collections release.
