An ode to the designers home country.
After dressing the Reebok Pump Fury in misplaced text, Vetements is back with a new graffiti-covered sneaker.
Designed as an ode to Demna Gvasalia’s home country of Georgia, the shoes which are dubbed the White Georgian Graffiti Sneaker feature a variety of anti-war messages inspired by Georgia’s troubling history after the fall of the Soviet Union on the upper and the soles of the shoes. The shoes are crafted out of canvas materials also don metal eyelet vents near the tongue, various hand-drawn texts and imagery and feature a rubberised toe cap. Vetementt’s logo branding which sits on the heel rounds off the sneaker.
