On the back of Virgil Abloh’s SS20 pre-collection for Louis Vuitton, the luxury brand is dropping an alligator textured pair of the LV Trainer.
Modeled after vintage basketball sneakers, this new sneaker features a smooth black calf leather embossed with alligator skin patterns, tonal laces and black rubber eyelets to match the tongue. With subtle perforations on the sidewall, “#54,” is etched into the heel while “Louis Vuitton” branding sits on next to the perforated wall in a gold trim. The luxury sneaker is decked out in an additonal layer of leather to the mudguards and the forefoot, LV’s signature monogram, and a tonal palette that displays three of LV’s iconic flower monogram on the back.
