Nike opt for earth tones.
Coming into the spring season, Nike seem to have opted for an earth theme as unofficial images of the Nike Dunk Low “Cacao Wow” come to light.
Not much is known about this pair, but sample collector Woganwodeyang gave us a close-up look of the earthy sneakers. The images, released via his Instagram account, highlight a range of different materials that have been used for the upper of the shoe, with brown stitched leather, grey and brown mesh, and an olive green suede making up sections of the overlays. The standout from this sneaker is it’s vivid ocean blue suede Nike tick, back tab, and laces, giving the shoe that striking appearance, with unique aqua-blue lace beads adding a left of centre customisation choice. Lastly, the shoe’s sole matches up with the olive green eyelet overlay to provide a heavy dose of greenery.
Given Nike’s track record, we can expect these shoes to be coming out at some point this year, with Nike’s customary release for April 22nd and Earth Day being a potential drop date. Stay tuned to PAUSE for more details.
