Having debuted last February in Tokyo, Marni’s ‘Bigfoot 2.0’ sneaker is finally set to hit the shelves as the luxury Italian fashion brand unveil an official release date.
The maximalist silhouette takes chunky to new heights as the standout sneaker looks primed to release in three black, white, and yellow colourways, all of which are an extension of the central hues seen throughout the brand’s Fall/Winter 2023 ready-to-wear collection. Looking to pursue comfort and “striking a balance between cartoon and reality, assertive creativity and pure simplicity”, the latest footwear selection from Marni is made in Italy with soft Nappa leather, with additional features including an oversized maxi-sole, a smooth shined finish, voluminous padded uppers and soles with an exaggerated outline, as well as “MARNI” logos subtly top-stitched on the backtab of the shoe and imprinted on the back of the rounded sole.
The Marni ‘Bigfoot 2.0 sneaker range will debut on the Marni website in September 2023.
