This weekend, Japanese heritage streetwear label A Bathing Ape will take over Bone Soda’s DIJONSS for a three-day sample sale in London.
Since 1993, the streetwear powerhouse has seen its work flood the streets of London, defining street fashion through its intricate and eye-catching graphics. The label’s name derives from an old Japanese proverb that tells the tale of someone who sits in a warm bath until it becomes cold, ultimately describing them as overindulgent. Nigo wanted his label to represent this overconsumption, hence the ape head logo which he believes represents what his customers look like.
However, Bape UK is looking to offer its diehard fans the chance to indulge further by hosting a discounted sample sale in London. From February 9th to 11th, products under the Bape, Baby Milo, Apee, Bapy, and Mastermind umbrella will be on sale. DIJONSS is located at 6 Dray Walk and will open at 10 a.m. the first two days and at noon the last day.
