Awake NY x Jordan has been one of the sneaker game’s most surprising successes, with the popular Instagram account-cum-fashion label seemingly bringing forward another iteration of the Jordan Air Ship.
The duo’s only previous effort saw the Jordan Air Ship receive a luxe makeover, with a predominantly white pebbled leather upper colouring joining a rich leather snakeskin material on the ankle, whilst stark hits of red, co-branded Awake NY x Jordan branding, and an enlarged Nike Swoosh made it obvious what was what. For this newest rumoured release, a classic “Game Royal” iteration is set to join its counterpart. The design formula is kept the same for the most part here, with that aforementioned grey Nike Swoosh sitting big on the midfoot, whilst a punched “A” Awake NY logo, a pre-aged midsole, and a royal blue snakeskin leather ankle complete the pair.
No release date has been announced for this pair as of yet, but a drop is expected in early November.
