Mr. A$AP Rocky and his trusty collaborators PUMA are letting it all go as we begin to head into the closing months of the year, debuting a footwear-forward campaign.
Making its mark at the most recent New York Fashion Week last month, A$AP Rocky x PUMA wastes no time in getting their pieces to the people, with this newest batch of garments, footwear, and accessories heading in an expected direction, leaning into PUMA’s sporty, technical, and motorsports roots through mechanic workwear inspired apparel. Utilising some vintage vibes as well, A$AP Rocky x PUMA offers up everything from tank tops, zipped polo shirts, and denim logo shorts to a padded balaclava, belts, and knee-pad pants, whilst the PUMA Inhale falls most in line with the rest of the looks through pre-distressed, old-school features on its vibrant red and black upper. Hitting the other end of the spectrum, a more futuristic take on footwear takes the floor in the form of the Mostro 3D, which is – believe it or not – a 3D printed shoe, being a standout entry of the duo’s relationship so far. Featuring a striking red and black colour scheme, the spiky new release utilises an innovative resin-based 3D printing process that produces a shined finish on top of a wholly one-of-one design shape, making sure to be of the bolder takes on PUMA’s Mostro silhouette.
