Stone Island have unveiled two new Mussola Gommata-TC jackets for Spring/Summer 2025, modelled by NBA player Jalen Green and longtime rap legend Giggs.
Self declared as Stone Island’s purest form of research, Mussola Gommata is created by laminating ultra-light cotton muslin to transparent polyurethane film for water and wind resistance. It’s been used to build two contrasting jackets, fitting the personalities of each of the models. Jalen Green, known for his flashy style of play and eccentric accessories, sports a hooded pastel pink jacket.
His piece, like all of Stone Island’s products, has been garment dyed for intense colour. The pastel pink is finished with polyester padding for further wind resistance and light tela nylon for water protection. Giggs sports a similar jacket in black, with the same special dyeing recipe, double hand pockets and tightening straps on the sleeves.
Both of these Stone Island pieces are set to be released during Spring/Summer 2025 on the company website.
