Rick Owens debuted his Autumn/Winter 2017 collection, ‘Glitter’, at Paris Fashion Week. Whilst speaking to Vogue Owens stated, “I wanted it to be voluptuous and flamboyant but then I look at it: it definitely is about strapping yourself in for a bumpy ride.” The collection features many pillowed jackets as well as the Madchester silhouette wide legged pants, suit jackets and patchwork coats. The colour palette for the collection reflected a lot of what has already been seen in January Fashion Weeks; black, greens and whites with a pop of orange.
