Defined by Flexibility.
Footwear brand Camper and Japanese design house ISSEY MIYAKE have joined forces for their inaugural collaboration, introducing the “Peu Form” collection. This highly anticipated release, designed by ISSEY MIYAKE’s artistic director Satoshi Kondo, reinterprets Camper’s iconic “Peu” model with a focus on the body’s relationship to fabric and movement.
Launching globally on July 15th, the “Peu Form” collection is inspired by ISSEY MIYAKE’s concept of a “single piece of fabric enveloping the body.” The result is a sculptural yet highly functional footwear line crafted from premium Italian leather.
The collection features two distinct styles: a versatile shoe that can be worn as a slip-on or a mule, and an ankle boot designed to fit like a second skin. Both prioritise flexibility, adapting to the wearer’s foot and offering the convenience of being compactly foldable for easy storage. The designs are finished with water-resistant polyurethane insoles for comfort and durability, and soles made with 20% recycled TPU, reflecting a commitment to sustainability.
Available in a sophisticated palette of classic black and white, a vibrant Klein blue, and Camper’s signature red, the “Peu Form” collection will be sold at Camper and ISSEY MIYAKE flagship stores worldwide, their respective online stores, and select distributors. This collaboration marks a significant moment for both brands, blending Camper’s playful approach to footwear with ISSEY MIYAKE’s continuous exploration of form and innovative design.
